2011/2012

Senior Teachers Fees are $25.00 per lesson    . 34 lesson year is $850.00 the full amount ( Bill ,  Rob)
Intermediate Teacher are $22.00 per lesson.    . 34 lesson year is  $748.00 the full amount ( Alanda )
Junior Teachers  are  $18.00 per lesson.   .  34 lesson year is $612.00 the full amount ( Kevin )

Full Payment with a Discount
A discount is given to all paid in full for the year made by cash or cheque.  On one cheque only. Please ask for your full term fees amount if unsure . A credit card is still needed to secure all lesson times as per the registration form. ( Discount for full payment  is Senior $20.00 , Intermediate  $15.00 , Junior is $15.00 )
New students don’t forget to add the $35.00 Registration Fee to your fees .

Monthly Payment Option  ( Visa /MC at 5%)
Monthly Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard only.  This is our  automatic payment plan .
Payment will start on your  first lesson date and then recurring the 1st of each month.  Payment is from when you start to May 1st. 
Returning Student . If you made a deposit in the Spring to secure a lesson time this will be your last months payment . ( 9 payments remaining)
New students first Payment . Payment will include your first and last months payment plus the $35.00 registration fees. Books will be charged separately as needed by your teacher.

Two cheque payments ( Saving 5% for no credit card use , but we need a credit card on file)
Returning Students.   Two Cheques dated the first lesson for half the full amount above . If you made a deposit to secure a lesson time in the Spring please deduct this amount from your  2nd cheque post  dated for January 1st 2012 cheque  for half the Full amount above.   You are giving two cheques at the time of first payment. No discount applies.  (i.e.  $850.00 divided by 2 = $425.00 dated Sept 8th and 2nd cheque dated   for $425 minus the deposit of $80.00 = $345.00 dated for January 1st 2012.
New Students .  Two cheques dated for your first lesson and the second cheque dated for January 1st 2012.Simply divide the full amount  above  in half and add the Registration fee of $35.00 to your first cheque.
We always need a valid credit card number on file to secure your lesson times.

What Other Expenses To Expect
New students are charged a $35.00 sign up fee, which includes a Creative Music Bag and covers papering costs.  Music Books will be charged in addition as needed by your teacher.  Recitals and Performance Parties  will  be charged as per event.
Referral Fees
If you give a referral for a new student that signs up , a $20.00 credit will be applied to your  fees.
