School Policies

• There is a $35.00 sign up fee for new student .This covers papering costs and a MUSIC BAG. ( This does not cover books )
•  A service charge of $15.00 applies to all NSF/Returned Cheques .
•  Any out standing fees can be applied to above Credit card.
• Fees can not be adjusted for students extra holidays. Please see pay schedule for the schools holidays
• Quit lessons must be cancelled in writing giving Creative Music 4 weeks notice. We will let you know the last lesson date since all fees are pro rated. No Lessons Can Be Cancelled after March 1st .
•  Paid in Full by cheque or  monthly on your credit card above.
• Lessons missed are students and guardians responsibility. Up to two missed lessons can be rescheduled in June  (canceled by noon same day )  for all returning students in September’s new term.
• If a teacher misses a lesson we either refund or reschedule.
• Music Lessons are a commitment just like any activity you decide to join.
• If you signed up for a group class ( Theory Class ,Junior Musician etc. ) You are responsible for the full term .
•  No refund is given for your  missed lessons.
